1972 –

1982 – Susan has 5 children ranging in age from 12 to 18. She was manager of the Goodyear Cafeteria for 3 years, then moved to Saga Corporation as food service manager at Wesleyan University, then moved to Omaha to College of St. Mary’s as food service director. She missed Lincoln so moved back where she is currently with the catering department at UNL.
