Life Highlights –

What you have told us about yourself these past 40 years

1972 – Diane attended Nebraska Wesleyan University, then met and married her husband Bill. They lived for two years in Washington DC while Bill work for Bob Denny as his legislative assistant. Diane worked as a Receptionist-Secretary for a congressman from Minnesota. They enjoy outdoor activities. Diane rides her three-speed bicycle and they recently got a Honda trail bike. They enjoy long weekends in the country and an annual trip to Fort Robinson in the Spring for trail riding. They Belong o a dance club and a gourmet club and devote as much time as possible working for Nebraska politics. They spent their honeymoon at Lake Louise in Alberta, Canada, drove to California trying to see the western half of the US, flew to St Thomas in the Virgin Islands and logged many hours snorkeling, swimming, and rafting. They are now busy redecorating their house and raising their dog, a loveable Tibetan Terrier named Wipple. Diane is a secretary at Woodman Accident and Life Company.

1997 – We love Reno – it’s beautiful, the weather’s great and there are lots of things to do but, my husband has taken an early retirement so he can enjoy some of the things he loves to do – travel, golf, and spending time in the mountains fishing and hunting and simply enjoying nature. We have property in the mountains and are contemplating living there part of the year. Our property is in the Bitterroot Valley, sixty miles South of Missoula. Hobbies golf, travel, water color painting, gardening, cooking, co-chairman of fund raising for our local performing arts center.
