1972 –

1982 – Duane is a Chief Librarian in the USAREUR Library plus Resource Center HG USAREUR and Seventh Army.

1987 – Duane is the Director of the Central Reference Library serving the U.S. Army and civilians living in Europe. He has enjoyed seeing Europe “from Moscow to Marbella, Copenhagen to Capri. I’ve never tired of the cultural diversity”. Duane sends his regrets, but time and distance make it impossible for him to attend this year. He invites any of you who visit Heidelberg to call him (he’s in the book) so you can meet him for a beer.
