What you have told us about yourself these past 40 years

1972 – Mary is secretary and supervisor of stenographic section at Banker’s Life. She was continuity girl at KLIN radio prior to this position. She helps her father with his ceramic classes and also crochets, sews, etc. She has visited Michigan, Niagara Falls, California, Colorado, and the Black Hills. Mary bowls occasionally and plans to take up golf this summer.

1982 –

1987 – Mary claims bragging rights on Stacy and Ryan Schwartz, her niece and nephew (her brother Rick was LNE class of ’67). Mary is supervisor of Policyholders Communications and the Complaint Coordinator for Bankers Life Nebraska. She passed the NASD Series 6 Securities Exam and is a registered representative with BLN Investment Corporation. She also served as Vise President – Membership, of the Association of Information Systems Professionals. Mary loves long walks on cool days, collects dolls, thimbles, and chickens. She does counted cross stitch, ceramics, oil painting and sews.

1997 – Am currently president of the Lincoln Needleworkers Guild. Active member of American Historical Society for the German’s from Russia (AHSGR), WSI, Inc., Lincoln Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Hobbies: walking reading, needlework, & painting.

2002 – Went to LNE 7^th, 8^th, 10^th, 11^th, & 12^th grades (9^th grade at Culler Jr High) Am active in Lincoln Needle-worker’s Guild. Like to do needlepoint & other needle arts, read, and walk.

2007 – We enjoy traveling.Jack is from Louisiana, so we try to visit there once a year. Jack has a part time job with News America installing coupon dispensers and ads at supermarkets and pharmacies. We do the route together. We both enjoy reading. I enjoy all types of needlearts. We also attend many cultural events in Lincoln and love to visit art galleries.
