1982 – Kathy taught French
(66 – 69), worked at clerical jobs (69 – 73) went to graduate school at New
York University (73 – 76) and is now a psychologist at Long Island Jewish
Hillside Medical Center in New York. She co-authored a published study on the
psychological effects of open-heart surgery. In 1981 she received a special
recognition award from the American Heart Association. Kathy’s husband, Ken,
is a special education teacher in the New York Public Schools. He exhibited
holograms at NY Avant Garde Festive and has received a direct grant from the |

1987 – Kathy and Ken have
one daughter, Joanna (3). Kathy is a psychologist (gerontologist) clinician
working with elderly patients in an outpatient hospital clinic. She’s also
involved with psychotherapy, testing, supervision, and teaching. In the last
six years, she earned her PHD, got married, had a baby, and bought a house.
Kathy and Ken like to travel and spend time renovating an old house. They
occasionally wonder what spare time is. |

2007 – The five years since the last reunion have been eventful. I managed to
survive a couple of serious health threats, our daughter fisihed college and
started working, and my husband retired. I am continuing to work in my
private practice 3 day a week and now we are leaving for a “second honeymoon”
